Do you have a shop?
We are currently an online company. All our dealings whether wholesale or retail are undertaken via email or phone. However we are always doing exhibitions up and down the UK, so keep checking our News and Events page.
Do you offer wholesale to traders?
Yes, we offer wholesale prices for all types of traders including shops retailers, market holders, stall holders and mail order and online companies. If you want to purchase pins at wholesale prices write down the pin code number and email using the form on the CONTACT US page. We will get back to you as soon a possible. Once a amount and products are agreed we will set up a icon in the wholesale section especially for you so you may purchase the item. This would be like a normal purchase. The aim is to give you less hassale. Minimum quantity is £75.
What are your Postage costs?
Our shipping costs are:
Recorded Royal Mail 1st Class - £1.90,
Next Day Delivery, Royal Mail - £4.50,
International orders cost - £5.50.
What are the delivery times?
We aim to dispatch your orders on the day of receipt or the next day. Orders made within the UK are usually received within 2-3 days. Next day Delivery order must be made before 1pm. International orders will usually arrive within 7 - 10 days of dispatch.
I have forgotten my password can you send it to me?
We do not have access to your passwords. You will need to click on to "forgot password" and go though the process which will lead you to sending an email reminder to your account.
What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will accept its return provided the original packaging has not been damaged and the product has not been used. Please note you must return the item within seven days of receiving your order. Please include our invoice and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return the goods to us. Please note we cannot pay for any postage costs.
Before returning any products please email us using the CONTACT US page with notification of the problem in question, quoting your order number, product and reason for return. Please let us know whether you want a complete refund or an exchange.
I was not in to collect my order, Ive been told it has been sent back to the sender PINZ PINZ PINZ because it has been more than 7 days, can you send it back?
Unfortunetly we can not send your order until we recieve it back, this may take up to 14 days. Once we have it back you will be charged for postage again. Please get in touch with PINZ PINZ PINZ to confirm the status of your order
What is the best option for postage?
The best option for postage is Royal Mail Recorded first class, this is a secure yet cost effective method of making sure the items will get to you. If your item was lost using this service we are able to replace it.
If you choose to go for standard Royal Mail First class and you do not recieve your item, then we are unable to replace it as we have no way of tracing if it was delivered or not.
Next day service is ideal if you want somthing delivered the next day, but please not we can not post order out of a saturday or sunday. This is only a weekday service.

What is meant by dimensions?
Dimensions are measurements of the component on the pin, this can be suspended from the pin or may simply be attached to the pin. The measurements are of the length and width of the component and are approximate, however we do endeveour to make sure it is as close as possible. The dimensions have no reference to the pin itself.
